2. How to Submit a Copyright Complaint

Your notice should include the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the material on StampG that you believe infringes your copyright (including URL if possible)
Your name and contact information (email address is sufficient)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

3. Submission Method

Please include sufficient information for us to identify and review the claim.

Incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed.

4. Review and Removal

Upon receiving a valid notice:

We will review the claim
Infringing content may be removed or disabled
Users responsible for repeated violations may have their accounts suspended or terminated

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification with supporting information.

6. Abuse of Process

Submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in legal consequences.
